The Job This short-term role will see you managing a mixed portfolio of early and later-stage arrears accounts, using your phone-based customer skills to guide customers toward sustainable resolutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that provides clear processes, supportive onboarding and realistic expectations. Reporting through to the Collections Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Making outbound and taking inbound calls regarding overdue accounts Discussing payment options and arranging suitable plans Managing a range of arrears cases with empathy and professionalism Updating customer records and notes accurately Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent customer outcomes This is a 2-month temporary assignment offering an immediate start. You You’ll be confident on the phone, comfortable navigating sensitive conversations, and able to stay composed while guiding customers toward positive outcomes.
